Petrospection Limited provides accurate calibration of storage tanks. We use the latest technology for tank calibration including Electro-Optical Distance Ranging (EODR) or laser method in addition to the traditional strapping method. We calibrate all types of vertical and horizontal tanks including tanks fitted with floating roofs, heating coils, lagging etc.

Tank calibrations are conducted to the requirements of the appropriate international standards published by the International Standards Organization (ISO) or by the American Petroleum Institute (API). Volumetric tables are compiled for each tank and can be formatted according to the client’s requirements.

All our measurements are traceable to the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), the local custodian of international standards (ISO). KEBS also endorses and certifies all our tank capacity tables.
